I was facing deportation for an aggravated felony charge which every lawyer that I called said there was no hope. In the beginning I hired a lawyer that had no empathy to my situation and was only concerned with money. Then I met Mr. Daniel James Fisher and his staff who knew this was a hard case but they were not going to let me just give up. They gave me hope when I felt like it was hopeless. I just receive a letter from immigration about my asylum case, I was trying to call my lawyer that time, but he never pick up the phone or calls me back unless I live a message that I have money for him. At that point I finally decided to change lawyer and looking on close by law offices in the area of Orlando and kissimmee , The Immigration law office on those area especially Spanish speaking lawyer are always asking $150 for consultation. I got one for free consultation but he was asking a huge amount of money which I got the same service from Mr Fisher for 3 times less the price. I indeed got the return call from him. Mr Fisher never fails to answer or return my calls on the duration of my case with him. And the most of all he is a very honest person. He ask me to stop he doesn't give me false hope just get more money. I did not win my asylum case because so much mistake was done by my previous lawyer. On meeting with Daniel for the first time I knew instinctively I had mad the correct decision. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of immigration law and explained in detail what the process would involve without confusing me with technical legal jargon. I had complete trust in him and felt I could carry on with my life without having to worry about my immigration case. My case was somewhat unusual as I work in Europe and live in the USA.
