Mr. Fussell is the best lawyer I have ever spoken with. He helped me through the toughest time in my life and gave me confidence knowing I had him in my corner. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs legal consultation or is facing criminal charges. I I hired to represent me. I was on no bond. I paid him $7000. He got me no bond no service. He said he went to the court and ask for bond twice. He charge me $8000 for two bond hearings which he never went in front of a judge. The only one that went in front of a judge for a bond hearing was Adam Reese. Which is a great lawyer! So David fossilcharge me $8000 for absolutely nothing.! Do not use this guy.!

David Fussell has represented me on two separate occasions for two entirely different types of a cases and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal help of any kind. This doesn't even include the countless number of motions that he has drafted and submitted on my behalf. He has an extremely personable demeanor, yet he isn't one to sugar coat or mislead. In my opinion, Mr. Fussell showed a genuine interest and concern for my cases and personal well being. Because of this I would go so far as to consider him a friend. I believe that's saying quite a bit when you are discussing an industry that the word "friend" generally isn't associated with. More specifically, Mr. Fussell took a very bad situation that I had presented him with and did his absolute best in turning it into a positive that I couldn't have imagined possible. I'd also like to mention that his assistant is an extremely knowledgable individual. It's been my experience that this isn't always the case and that attorney's with exceptional assistants tend to be more well organized and better prepared. I don't ever anticipate needing Mr. Fussell's services again, however, it's a relief to know who I would call first should I ever find myself in that unfortunate position.

Mr. Fussell represented me for a DUI and drug charge. All drug charges were dropped and I was convicted only of careless driving (not reckless reduced from DUI). He is very trustworthy and provides personal attention you rarely find in this profession. Mr. Fussell truly cares about his clients and works hard to provide them with the best possible outcome. I highly reccomend his services.
