Jeremiah Allen, you should tell the judge the facts. I hired him and he lied about his scope of practice and his contact with the states attorney office . He did not submit documentation from my medical providers to the states attorneys office until the day before my pretrial conference and told me I was guilty of a crime when he did not look into any of the evidence even after I asked him multiple times. The only reason I took a plea deal was because his lack of professional and ethical behavior kept me out of work for months. He stated he spoke to the judge and the prosecution about my case , however they were unaware of the facts of my case including my profession and the location of the alleged offense. How can you prosecute without pertinent information besides a persons race? I contacted the board and the only reason I haven’t mailed in my complaint is due to the transition back to work. If I not out of the filing deadline I will be reporting him. Record and document all interactions with him.
