I recently had to take care of a situation and Mark came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. Attorney Mark, Paralegal Lisa and Assistant Joanne were awesome. Good Listeners and Show Empathy - Mark listened to my issue with patience. His questions were on target. Mark and Lisa put themselves in my position. They fully understood my situation and my expectations. Only then Mark offered solutions and discussed best and worst outcomes upfront with a remedy even for the worst scenario. Humble - When Mark did not have a document he needed from me, he thought I did not send it to him but when I told him that I did indeed email him, he spent a few minutes searching for it and he found it. He immediately acknowledged that he made a mistake. He could have easily told me to resend the document.
