From the first meeting where Frank drove 3 hours to meet with me to the final handshake a year and a half later, I received the most excellent advice and guidance in a very difficult case. I was so impressed by the abundance of communication on a weekly basis, sometimes daily and I was never made to feel like a burden. Every phone call, text or email that I made was met with professionalism and kindness. Franks entire staff made me feel like I was the most important client and I know that I was not his only client but I felt as though I was. I was prepared endlessly for my depositions and even my son who was 8 years old at the time was cared for through his deposition by Frank and made very comfortable in what can be a very stressful situation even for adults. He came out of that meeting laughing and asking when he could hang out with Frank again! Leading up to my trial, Frank made sure to cross very T and dot every i. He set up a mock trial and I was thoroughly prepared and felt very confident. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Personal injury lawyer, victims of accidents or anything in that scope of his field to meet with Frank. I would be very surprised if you didn't feel like I did. He became a part of our family from that first handshake and has remained that was since the last!
