(Written on behalf of my husband, Antonio Bermudez, due to his being legally blind & having HPS bleeding disorder) What a blessing for us to have found Mr Hill and his staff as an ERISA attorney! After receiving a letter discontinuing his Disability Benefits from an insurance company we paid into for 12 years, while he was working, we were frustrated to not receive much needed funds! Searching for an attorney for a few months to help write a letter of appeal, we were referred to Mr Hill by another type of attorney. Giving him all of the records we had kept over the last 3 years while dealing with the insurance company with Short and Long Term Benefits, Mr Hill and his staff wrote a high quality letter to support our situation and case. In doing so, our benefits were re-instated without taking the case to court! Without the assistance of Mr Hill and his staff, we would not have been able to write a sufficient appeal letter effective enough to have won! Thank you!
