Terrible. He put my friend's kids in danger because he didn't present the evidence he had or use important witnesses. Inexcusable negligence.

Over promised, under delivered. Did not follow through. Poor communication, poor customer service. Partial refund was promised. Going on 2 months, still no refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
