From the start Jim Gigliotti was strategic and totally genuine. He was honest and showed no judgement. Most importantly Jim was brilliant in in the court room. I am thankful for the positive outcome.

I highly recommend attorney James Gigliotti and would give him ten stars if I could! From the first time I spoke to him, I felt like I was in good hands even though I was facing a very stressful and rough experience. He was always available via telephone calls, emails or texts, and answered my questions with compassion and genuine concern, as well as the knowledge that comes from working as a domestic violence attorney for over 18 years. My case ended up being dismissed and I am so grateful to Jim. Once again, I highly recommend him to anyone facing any kind of domestic violence charge!

I was very pleased with Mr. Gigliotti's services. He is extremely professional and contacted me almost immediately after I made contact with his office. James is an honorable man and shows genuine concern for his clients. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and definitely knows the law and how to do his job. My personal experience with Mr. James J. Gigliotti was one that completely put me at ease. From our first meeting I felt I was in good hands. I am very fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gigliotti. He not only contacted me that evening, at around 10pm, on Christmas Eve, but was also given great advice from him that evening, before I had even retained him. After speaking to him for about 15 minutes, I knew I had the correct person for the job. His knowledge of the Statute involved, the players involved in the case, and his demeanor during this stressful time for me, enabled me to enjoy my holiday as best as I could. He also was able to place me in contact with the Osceola Clerks office, where I was able to find out the specific allegations against me. On their face, I was the worst human to walk the planet since Osama Bin Laden, as the charges were completely fabricated. I will tell you, I was extremely upset in being portrayed in that light, and at being set up for another by another extremely expensive member of the Bar, my Mother’s Senior attorney, as well as my Brothers. James not only advised me not to postpone the proceedings, which was my instinct, but informed me that even if proven, did not prove the charge of Domestic Violence. I was flabbergasted, but when the court proceedings went down, he was proven completely correct. Not only was he 100% correct about the Statute, the complete lack of evidence, and that he would so completely blow the oppositions case out of the building, I was able to take the stand, and in some measure, vindicate myself. I would highly recommend his Law Office, and James personally, and after seeing him in action, can tell you that he was worth every cent I paid him, which was a lot less than I expected, over a holiday, and what my brother paid to set me up, by about 75%. Unbelievably satisfied, because of his expertise, I am able to see my MOTHER!!! God Bless him, from myself and my mother.

Long story short, I was up against a very serious Felony charge, Aggravated Battery with great bodily harm. Had the event occurred a month later, the stand your ground law would have taken effect, and there would have been no charge at all, which tells you something about the justice system. Jim beat the charge in court. I was offered a plea, and was really scared, and wanted to take it, and he told me he thought we could win in court. And then he did. I don't know what more I could say. I was legitimately looking at a very long prison sentence. My life is completely different because of the work Jim did, and I can't thank him enough.

James Gigliottii is an excellent attorney. We hired him to defend our daughter and he did a superb job. He was always available whenever we needed to speak with him. He is also very knowledgeable about criminal law and he is also very kind and compassionate. Mr. Gigliotti was very good at understanding the emotions we were experiencing and helped to calm us down when we were a bit nervous about the situation. He shows genuine concern for his clients and is not practicing law just for money. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who needs representation in a criminal matter. God bless him!

When I had a situation when I needed to hire a lawyer I searched the internet. It was late at night and I got recorded messages that my call would be returned. I needed someone immediately. I called James Gigliotti and he answered his phone ! He listened carefully and took our case.
