Attorney Gallagher and his staff are so helpful and friendly almost feel like family. From the moment we hired him to help my brother he was upfront and honest and did exactly what he told us he would do! Thanks to this great firm my brother is on his way to a better life. Be careful! Choose your attorney carefully. I didn't!!! For a dissolution of marriage case: Law office of Kenneth Gallagher took a $5k retainer back in March 2022. They asked for another $1200 in Aug 2022 in order to prepare for mediation which I also paid. Charged me almost $2500 in total for the mediation meeting in addition to the payment of $1600 which was made directly to the mediator. The mediation meeting lasted 5 hours during which Mr. Gallagher took another meeting and was absent the entire last hour! Neither the mediator nor Mr. Gallagher drafted the items that were agreed upon during the mediation. Upon my first complaint they agreed to wave $350. Soon after, they sent me another invoice for $2500 for continued representation. They suggested I sign consent to withdraw if I didn't want to pay the last invoice. Bottom line: for $8000+ I got a box of printed documents of the financial discovery which I primarily provided while the "husband" didn't fully disclose his financials. My case is still pending.

Wonderful group. Did all they could to help in a very difficult case. They kept me informed on a constant basis because I am in NY and they were fighting for my mother in Florida. Vanessa and John were the two people I spoke to the most and this frustrating case took a lot of work and man power . I am so happy to rate these attorney's 5 stars. They were above and beyond and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome.

paid $300 for a 5 minutes talk with the real attorney. After I left a review, the owner called me and refunded me 50%. At least they care about their reputation.

I had a serious child support issue that needed immediate attention Mr Gallagher Mr Wade and Mrs Jennifer are the best I could have ever had they led me through the whole process they kept me informed and I got a positive result I could not have asked for any better if and when in the due future I have any legal issues I know exactly where to come I was treated with respect &decency & I recommend this law firm to anyone and everyone thank you very much Mr Matthew sands

Never thought I was going to need a lawyer and was scare about the whole process but things started to look pretty simply from my first visit to the end when the results exceed my expectations! Very thankful for the professionalism and their humble ways of handling my case.

Not very friendly. Called to ask a question maybe 5 minutes if that. Was told they only do trial clients right now. Not very helpful, the lady didn't even seem like she wanted to help at the beginning of the phone call and it got worse. Call someone else. Also to respond to the below review, she would not help me and only after I posted the review did they offer to provide additional resources...
