It is shocking to me that this firm has close to a five-star rating. Of course, we only met with one attorney. He was a pompous and condescending employment attorney named John Bolanovich, who was happy to take the consultation fee and then give us no hope for a path forward. Thank God we consulted with another attorney because his advice was bad, and his attitude toward us was something I never expected when consulting with someone when we needed to feel protected. I left his office feeling offended, looked down upon, and defeated. I'm only glad we had the gumption to try again.

From the moment my husband and i decided to start my immigration process we know we wanted a lawyer that made us feel comfortable. I called and consulted with many lawyers/firms but the moment I spoke to Mrs. Vennia Francois it felt like a match made in heaven. Attorney Steven Young and his assistant Marquita Grant are both wonderful. I was very nervous about the immigration process because it can be very daunting, but working with Mr. Young has taken all the stress and worry off of my shoulders. Did not talk to me during my case and we did not agree on a closing settlement. I was randomly sent a check to my house with my settlement money. I am forever in shock with my experience

I called them related to a civil rights matter. I filled out the form on their website and received a call a few hours later. The person on the phone took/ verified my information and transferred me to someone else. The lady I was transferred to was well spoken and cordial. However, the minute she found out the case would be against the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, her tone changed completely. She stated in a hurried voice that they no longer had a lawyer that deals in civil rights. I found this odd and suggested that they change their website. She stated “Oh we are keeping it up there in case we get another lawyer that practices this kind of law.”. At that point the discussion was over. So another lawyer in Marion County that is in bed with the local law enforcement to make sure that no one is held accountable. It seems to be profit over people for this organization.

I am a single mom of three children. I am a survivor of a brutal domestic violence attack that left me with a brain injury, unable to work, and with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills. This attorney left me exposed to losing my vehicle, my house, and a number of other things that I would have protected if I had known. This attorney never returned my calls or my messages. She was not taking no for an answer, and she told them directly what I was able to pay, and not a penny more. I made the payment and my nightmare was over. Mrs. Anderson will never truly understand what she did for me, but I will never forget her, and I will always be grateful and indebted to her. I have told everyone I know that Bogin, Munns and Munns has an absolute superstar working for them and I hope they appreciate all the work that she does for them. I have since requested to work with a family law attorney from their firm on other divorce related issues, but only because I was so incredibly impressed with the services I received from Mrs. Anderson. I wish I had found her when I first filed for bankruptcy, I would have a lot less gray hair by now, and this never would have been as traumatizing as it was. I will forever sing their praises. If you know nothing about law and are blindly choosing an attorney, I know what you’re going through and how scary it is putting your trust in someone you don’t know.
