Amazing experience!

The best of the best. Mrs. Anderson was so professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal help. Cannot put into words how thankful I am for her guidance and expertise!!

After being involved in a complicated accident and calling multiple law firms, I was excited to give Bogin Munns a call because I truly thought they would be the best help. I understand that there are complications with my case but the case assistant at first was great at communicating everything going on. After calling and finding out she left the firm I was left to talk with the next assistant who was terrible at calling back, literally had to ask her to promise me she would actually call back because she was always wrong. Then on vacation, she called to give me an update and let me know my lawyer wanted to speak with me about starting a suit. Well when I talked to him, again I understand it’s complicated, but he was done and saying basically they didn’t want to do a suit because and I quote from my lawyer “too expensive!” I feel like the whole time I was with this firm I was an afterthought they dragged out for 6 months!!! Beyond annoyed, what happened to these law firms being there and here when we need them?

7 months ago I was wrongfully arrested on 2 felonies facing up to 20 years ! You could imagine being a mother of two and waking up to go to work one day and having the sheriffs office at your gate with a warrant was something I could have never imagined! To say I felt like my life was over was an understatement! I called probably 20 criminal defense attorneys and my dad’s best friend suggested calling Bogin, Munns & Munns, I didn’t even realized they took on cases like these but boy was I wrong. All the other attorneys wanted money down to even give me the slightest bit of advice or any type of actual conference. Mr. Boomershine took a substantial amount of time with me upon our first phone call, I left our conversation knowing that this was the firm I was going with. After our original phone call was followed up by a phone call with the lead attorney who would be taking my case, Mrs. Hedley. Not only was she patient and understanding throughout the whole process but the entire staff was phenomenal. Between my random text questions, emails, documents I continued to find , etc…. She stayed patient with me and never made me feel like I was bothering her. IM SO GLAD THAT THIS FIRM AND MRS. HEDLEY WERE ON MY SIDE!!!! My case was DROPPED!!! I can now be back to being a volunteer for my kids and their extra circulars, I can go back to living a normal life, I can go back to starting to be who I was before this entire incident! I CANT THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH!!! 100000/100000 stars for this staff!

Bogin Munns and Munns is one of the most recognizable and reputable law firms in Central Florida. Scott assist me and answer every question I had. They can handle just about any issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

Attorney Andrea Anderson is an amazing bankruptcy attorney she has been practicing for many years and knows her stuff. I have seen her in court and she conducts herself professionally and is well respected by other attorneys and the judges in Court. She is meticulous and detail oriented when she handles files, unlike some attorneys who are sloppy and forget half the things you tell them before going to court.
