My wife was rear ended and hurt her back and neck. The first lawyer assigned by Morgan and Morgan was Cindy Lambert. She told my wife they were going to get her $150,000 at least. They sent her to Dr's for about 2 weeks. Then she said to immediately stop going to the Dr's and they would only be getting $10,000. At that point I emailed Cindy and John Morgan stating how disappointed we were with how things were going. The next day my wife was assigned another lawyer from the Morgan and Morgan cache of lawyers. Scott Cronin proceeded to send my wife to the Dr again and the scans showed damage to her neck and back. A week later Cronin said the insurance agency was only allowed to pay so much. They did not fight for my wife at all. They gave her $9k and that was it. They say in the commercials they will fight for you, that is a bunch of crap. I would never use them again or tell any one I know to use them. The last thing they did was hold back the payment of her money for 3 weeks out of spite it seems.

I submitted my documentation as well as a statement to a paralegal who visited my home. He told me that he would submit my information. It took me two months only to discover that the actual attorney told me that my case was "weak" at best. This was a total waste of my time! Thank goodness I found another attorney who immediately went on to defend me in a civil accident case!! It seems that Morgan only defends those who present a million dollar case or more! Others I know or have met, have stated the same situation.
