I was so nervous that I would lose my RN license or have some kind of disciplinary action against it after I got kicked out of my MSN program for testing positive for marijuana on a random drug screen. The school then reported me to the IPN and BON. I was devastated and at an all time low to say the least, but from the beginning Jonathan was very kind, informative and confident about my case. He told me exactly what would transpire next (and it did) and he was supportive the entire time. Julie was also very kind and professional. She kept great communication with me and made sure I was up to date, as BON cases can take a while and you're often left in the dark. Long story short they helped me in so many ways from being more confident about my case and relieving a lot of my stress. I left everything in their hands and they got me off with a complete dismissal. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone who ever has any medical/nursing issues with their respective board. Thank you so much Jonathan and Julie, you're both amazing and life/career savers!

Jonathan did an excellent job! I was very impressed because during my first call to the office, I actually spoke to Jonathan directly. He began to analyze my case over a 40 minute phone call. After that conversation I knew that Jonathan would do his best to represent me in front of the Florida Dental Board. Jonathan was the best prepared attorney at the board. Well spoken and organized. It’s only right that I write a review, it’s one of the many reasons I hired Mr. Rose. When you speak to him he makes you feel heard. He lets you know the possibilities of what can occur with your case while making you feel that he will do his best to get the best outcome. Ms. Volk is a great asset to his team by making sure I turned in the necessary paperwork and keeping me updated. I am extremely grateful that my case was dismissed. When I got into a situation I was only left with one option, IPN or leave my profession.
