What can you say about somebody that saved your life and career?After speaking several attorneys , I called Jonathan, not knowing to expect and what the next step was because this was totally out of my realm. After our consultation, I felt at ease and felt like I knew the next step was. Jonathan always kept me in the loop and made sure I knew what was happening with my case. I am very pleased to write this review. Attorney Rose was on my case since January 2024 against Florida Dept of Health. I spoke with him and he reduced all my all my anxiety and stress. He explained all details of the case and the required time line. He and his secretary Julie were very supportive and considerate throughout this process. They made every efforts to answer my questions in timely manner. It was because of Jonathan Rose’s diligent handling of the case, I was relieved from all false allegation and complaints and DoH had to close my file without any reservation. I recently needed representation concerning issues which had arisen between myself PRN and the board of medicine. I chose Jonathan Rose to represent me and I could not be happier with the representation he provided. It led directly to an outstanding outcome; better actually than my “best case scenario“ considerations! I am a board certified surgeon and have been in practice for over 25 years. During my career I have had experience with attorneys in several professional capacities. I have also had experience with Florida PRN and the Florida Board of Medicine in my more distant past. I am therefore highly cognizant of the system and what is involved when these types of issues become problematic and put one’s career and livelihood at risk. Let me emphasize that I could not be more pleased with Mr Roses expertise and performance or with the outcome of my case which he was instrumental in crafting. From a personality standpoint Mr Rose was a pleasure to collaborate with on such a sensitive matter. Again, it is difficult for me to conclude I would have had anywhere near as favorable an outcome as I had without Mr Rose providing his legal expertise. Mr. Rose and Julie are the best. They were professional, courteous and more importantly, knowledgeable of the law. My sons DUI case was resolved within the realm of the law. Any questions we had were addressed immediately, so we never had to wonder about what was required of him (my son). I would highly recommend.

Was facing a potentially career ruining professionalism complaint. 3 other attorneys I spoke with demonstrated little understanding of the process I was facing and/or gave vague answers unless I retained them. My first contact with Mr. Rose was a 1 hour conversation where he outlined nearly with 99% accuracy the trajectory of my case and what my immediate options were. his confidence and demonstrable experience in licensing matters convinced me to retain him; over the next several months he kept me updated and guided the facts to come out which led the case to full dismissal.
