5 Stars???!!!! These guys deserve the universe!!!!!!! They came through with every promise and were professional, diligent, smart, friendly, and understanding of the situation I was going through every step of the way. Very happy with the customer service so if that’s a thing for you, that’s another reason to go here. Big shout out to Laurie who works her butt off day and night to get the job done!!! Frank give that lady a raise already haha!!! Honestly you will be making a mistake if you don’t go here. Frank is top tier in the US for attorneys and he definitely fought hard to get the job done here. If you want your money… GO HERE!!!!!!!

Joshua Armstrong saved my day. Driving on I-95 I miscalculated my fuel. Was on the side of the interstate out of gas when Joshua pulled up. His first concern was that I was ok and then what he could do to help. He went to get gas for me and left his contact in case I had any problems while he was gone. Returned with gas and made sure I got safely back on the road. Great person.

Very rude contact person. No people skills at all. I did not even complete the phone call because I would rather not file a case with them than to deal with that type of demeanor. I completed a phone interview yesterday and when this person called today. He was very rude and said “well, I’m telling you that I don’t see it in the system, so do you not want us to represent you?” Simple question and you act like your giving me a handout. This employee needs to remember that without people experiencing the worst trauma in their life, he would not get paid. Customer service and compassion goes along way.
