I found myself in a very unfortunate situation that resulted in need of legal representation. I chose to hire Jonathan Rose after speaking with him and two other highly rated attorneys. I felt the most confident in his knowledge and experience. And I am so happy that I did!! He helped me in one of the most difficult times of my life. I recommend Jonathan Rose without hesitation. I pray that I never need his services again, but if I do, he will be my first call. Jonathan and Julie, I can’t thank you enough for all of your efforts and support!!

I recently needed representation concerning issues which had arisen between myself PRN and the board of medicine. I chose Jonathan Rose to represent me and I could not be happier with the representation he provided. It led directly to an outstanding outcome; better actually than my “best case scenario“ considerations! I am a board certified surgeon and have been in practice for over 25 years. During my career I have had experience with attorneys in several professional capacities. I have also had experience with Florida PRN and the Florida Board of Medicine in my more distant past. I am therefore highly cognizant of the system and what is involved when these types of issues become problematic and put one’s career and livelihood at risk. Let me emphasize that I could not be more pleased with Mr Roses expertise and performance or with the outcome of my case which he was instrumental in crafting. It became obvious very early on that Mr Rose has extensive experience in dealing with these types of cases involving professional regulation. Such cares requires a highly specialized set of knowledge and the expertise required is unique. Mr Rose possess the experience and knowledge necessary. He is an excellent listener; a quality I’ve found sorely lacking when dealing with lawyers in general. He us able to quickly digest the outlines of a case as well as the particular nuances involved. He was able to formulate an excellent plan in order to maximize my opportunity for a favorable outcome and to move forward deliberately and was able to execute this plan with an outstanding attention to detail. From a personality standpoint Mr Rose was a pleasure to collaborate with on such a sensitive matter. Again, it is difficult for me to conclude I would have had anywhere near as favorable an outcome as I had without Mr Rose providing his legal expertise. Do not put your career at risk unnecessarily by hiring an amateur to deal with your professional regulatory problems. Mr Rose has my highest unqualified recommendation to anyone seeking representation for these types of issues.

I dislike attorneys in every way! BUT I have to say Jesse and the team at Melton were the best. I brought them a very difficult matter and they were all over it. My biggest complaint with services now is the lack of response or communication. This was not the case with Jesse and his team. I called or emailed and I received answers immediately. They may not always be the answers I wanted to hear (although they were) at least I heard from them. Do not hesitate to at least call them and ask questions as I did initially and they assisted with answers without charging me LOL. ALSO, for the BOSSES Jesse deserves a raise for his effort and due diligence. Thank you MIchelle for recommending him.

If you want to get treated like a real person, Go to Newsome and Melton! I personally was mainly in contact with Mr. Stern. Who in my opinion went above and beyond. The team can’t reverse your situation. But will work tirelessly to ensure your goals are met and achieved. And Mr Stern during this long process kept me updated every step of the way. I felt like the number one priority from day one.

Thank you so much for saving my grandfathers life on Valentine’s Day over 25 years ago ! I wish there was more that I can do to show my gratitude to this law firm. Mr. Rose represented me in a case that I had no idea how to deal with. Even I know I was a hundred percent right, I didn’t know where to start, I had to defend myself from a cease and desist case against my services. He was my voice. He guided me on what to provide and do to proof myself operating clearly under my scoop of practice. He won my case, I recommend Mr. Rose to any provider in the aesthetic field in Florida, he is knowledgeable and helpful. For two years I fought, aggressively fought to get my inheritance; an asset claimed by a corrupt aunt and uncle who were entrusted upon my mother's deathbed to distribute the funds according to her Trust and Will. They extorted it for their own financial gains over 18 years. A sibling tried to capitalise on the extortion. I tried everything to stop it. I isolated myself to focus on protecting what I could from greed mongering family members by reading and tracing my mother's actions and the law in order to draft a compressive objection letter to the court to prove what they had done. As I reflect on this success here Egypt, I am only just now able to take in how much time in life I had lost. Age 34-36 - just gone. 4 years prior - just living in abject worry. And the years prior to that - only my closest friends saw upclose the hell I was living. I am so proud to say two weeks ago I finally received my inheritance. With insane thanks to my lawyer, Jesse Stern who ended up charging me only $6K. This man was incredible! Clever. Shrewd.. With cunning skill! Just a true Godsend. (Good luck to those set against him: a fearless attorney who knows the ins-and-outs of his practice!? Good luck opposition. Good luck). He worked with me for a year after my exhaustive battle with self-representation. In one of our final phone calls, my lawyer gently said to me that he calculated the hours as $11,000 worth of hours spent on my case, but he's only going to take 6. I dunno why he did that! I just keep thinking he must have known I was telling the truth. Why else? I've never heard of a lawyer doing that. 11K is about 30 hours of work. And that's not even close to the reality of how much time this man spent; this man spent loads of hours (LOADS) on the phone explaining the laws, ways, means and providing stratrgic advice to me...and that was just the phone calls. I gave him hundreds - if not honestly about 1000 pages of research, emails and documents to comb through. This man: 30 hours??? No, not even close. How can I possibly express what he has done over the course of 1 year? To this day, I've never had the honor of meeting Mr Stern. I'm not even sure of what he looks like. But dear God I hope that every bit of the blessings he has just given to me - by giving me a chance to be financially stable, a fresh start in life - I pray to God it's returned to him in full. Jesse Stern, you are among the incomparable - thank you for helping me protect and receive my inheritance. You truly are a gift sent from heaven above. I know it sounds corny - but there is no doubt in my mind that it's true. And to my support circle - you know EXACTLY who you are. I love you.

Johnathan Rose is excellent!!! He helped me through a very tumultuous time in my life when I accused of things that weren’t true and could have had life changing outcomes. He aggressively defended me and kept me up to speed while keeping my mind at ease throughout the entire process. If you’re facing any type of issue with a licensing board I highly recommend Mr Rose. I'm so very thankful to Jonathan for helping my son who is a nurse. His case was beyond complicated but Jonathan worked hard to get a favorable outcome that I never expected to happen. I'm beyond grateful to Jonathan. Julie was excellent as well and loved working with her. If you are in the medical field and run into issues, call Jonathan before you make any decisions. That's the only regret we have is not calling Jonathan first. It would have save us a lot of heartache and money for sure. My son was able to have closure to this negative part of his life and is doing extremely well. Thank you Jonathan for all your hard work and compassion that you gave us.
