GREAT job helping us with our bankruptcy. He had to pick up our case after we fired our original attorney (who shall remain nameless...) and we inundated him with paper to review. He and Kathleen did a fine job of absorbing all that and didn't even break stride. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tried to convince me a chapter 13 was the only way to go ( which he charged an additional 5,000 on top of the 2500 he wanted down) when a simple chapter 7 would do. I simply needed some case law and guidance. I felt as though he took advantage of my emotional state. Suggest consult with others before making your decision. Btw my chapter 7 is complete with no problem for less than $2200.

Mr Hunter Guff, Kathleen Lysaught and the rest of the staff helped and advised me thoughtout my bankruptcy (all 5 years of it!!). They are all very professional, and quick to answer inquiries and contact businesses and individuals on my behalf.
