When my fiance and I decided to get married we determined he would move here from the UK to Ohio. Neither us nor our families had ever dealt with US Immigration before his move so we thought the best path forward would be to hire an immigration lawyer. While our case was simple and straight forward, reading through everything the government requires was overwhelming and quite honestly, intimidating. We spent hours researching law firms and sending emails to potential attorneys. During our research we kept seeing glowing reviews for Rishi Oza and we knew we had to reach out to him. Rishi set himself apart from all other lawyers from our very first contact. When we wrote out to potential lawyers, we asked them the same list of questions – to get opinions and to see how willing they were to help. We received several responses stating the best way to help would either be by meeting in person or over the phone and we just weren’t ready for that. And then we received Rishi’s email - four paragraphs of the most helpful information and an offer for an hour-long free consultation where he would answer all our questions – whether we hired him or not, whenever we were ready, no pressure, no commitment. Once we got on the phone with Rishi we knew, no matter the cost, we wanted him to help us through this process. He was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of the dozens of questions we asked during our call. There was no hesitation in answering our questions and no rush to stay within the hour. We could tell Rishi was good at what he did, and he cared. And then came the all-important question, the one we dreaded asking – how much? It was such a RELIEF to find out that not only did the law firm offer a package for the K1 Visa and Adjustment of Status process, IT WAS AFFORDABLE! We were in! As if we weren’t already lucky enough to retain Rishi as our lawyer, we were assigned Marta Kiss as our Case Manager. This woman has the patience of a saint! I’ve sent dozens of emails to Marta with lists of questions so long they required numbering to make them easier to read. And she answered Every. Single. Question. Not only did she answer them, she did it with normally only a day or two turnaround time – if not faster. She was meticulous in putting our case together and making sure we provided all the necessary documentation. We could NOT have gotten through this process without her. We contracted with Rishi and team in January of 2018 and here we sit, less than two years later, not only is my husband here with me, we’ve just completed our Adjustment of Status interview and are on our way to having green card in hand! They’ve made our process simple, stress free and helped it move along as fast as our government would allow. The most amazing part of all is that Rishi and Marta did all of this through phone calls and email. They are not located in Ohio, but that didn’t hinder any part of the process. And even though our case was simple and straight forward, we ALWAYS felt we had their full attention and support. We never felt like someone or something else was more important than our case. And when it came time for our AoS interview, the firm made sure we had a lawyer by our side. Even though it couldn’t be Rishi, there wasn’t a step missed. Alex Cuic was up to date on our case and confidently assisted us through the interview. He was just as amazing to work with. I am sure there are a lot of awesome immigration firms out there to help people through our confusing government process, but based on my experience – and the contact we had with all the firms we reached out to – they pale in comparison to the team at Robert Brown LLC, Rishi Oza and Marta Kiss. We are forever grateful for what they’ve done for us and we will continue our relationship as we make our way through this long process. I dont even know how to describe Dr. Patel and his team. Very different than what I was expecting. I went with my father to make sure his consultation went through without any funny business and Dr. Patel (Petel?) took care of us. Within the first 60 seconds, I knew my father was making the right decisions. Patel, on his own got us a fresh cup of coffee, brought his puppy to us (i think he said coco/paco? was its name) and explained his background and family history. Made me realize immediately that he was on our side and not just out to make a quick dollar. I've never met an attorney like him (we tried another one who tried to rip my dad off). I'm glad my dad moved forward and when I need his services (hopefully not soon) I'll use him too.

I’m happy to say that it only took about 4 months for my parents to get their residency status! I would to recommend this law office to anyone with immigration matters. From the start they were very professional and thorough. I worked with Maritza Zuniga and she was so helpful and was always there to answer our questions. Again, very thankful for their services!

The staff is amazing. I did a consult with a Mr. Petel, he was compassionate, easy going and even suggested I try and handle things on my own so I can save some funds. When I realized I was too far in the hole to handle it on my own, he welcomed me with open arms and a hot cup of coffee. His style, communications and ability to keep the situation organized helped me immensely. The rest of the staff was amazing from the office manager to the other attorney's, the entire office was pleasant to deal with and even offered a payment plan. They did things for free others would charge me an arm and leg for.

In this busy world it is hard to stop some times to leave a review, but I honestly had to stop and do a review for The Closing Agent. I have had the opportunity to work with The Closing Agent Team with Barry Miller, Robert Garcia, Maria Pirone, Meredith Timulty and other members of the team and I have to say that they are my choice for Title company. They have provided me with continued educational updates in my field of work and they have supported me and my clients in any challenging transaction that I have encountered. On Friday September 6th we had a difficult situation with a closing and after having to postpone the closing three times, things can get very frustrating, I felt very supported and I felt that my client was patiently supported through out the whole process.
