Our property was in foreclosure and we declared bankruptcy. Joshua helped us with every step of the way to make the transition smooth and less stress free as we went through a very difficult time in our lives. He was always available to answer our concerns and questions. Very quick to respond. Actually went beyond the call of duty. Also reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.

I have had a relationship with The Closing Agent since 2009. They are an Excellent Title Company that has made Every Closing we have had together close as smooth as possible. The staff just goes above and beyond for the Seller , Buyer and Realtor Estate Agent . If you need a good Title Company that you can trust please use The Closing Agent..

I can honestly say that after working with them for many years I am always happy to tell as many people as possible about their company. Awful!!! Overcharged at closing and sent 3 separate checks to my last address, ummm hellooooo you just made me sign 600 forms with the new property address; one form stating it's my full time residence!! Mistake after mistake after mistake; she (Kat Fontanez) was also a damn nightmare for our mortgage broker. She overpaid our realtor as well! Incredibly inaccurate at her position and should probably be in a position that requires less thinking, accuracy and professionalism.

Joshua Jonathan Tejes is approachable and has a good relationship with his clients as well as a strong professional ethic . This is a plus if you are dealing with sensible financial issues and want to move on and straight your life . But he is also a staunch and passionate advocate when you are dealing with a case like mine.I definitely recommend him highly.
