I have done business with and paid this law firm in the past, so I called Mr. Miller about an issue earlier this week. I am also a lawyer and I would never speak with a client or prospective client the way he spoke to me. For the life of me, I cannot understand why he would seemingly have such an issue with me or my issue. I did make some mistakes in my real estate transaction and Mr. Miller suggested I should've hired him, but that should've been a sales pitch and not an admonishment like I'm a child. Lawyers are literally in business because people make mistakes. But he is absolutely right that I should hire a lawyer ahead of a purchase next time and I will speak with all of his competitors to find one that will not try to belittle me so that I can hire them.

I have worked with Kelly Sanchez for the last 5 years and Case Manager Fatima Fernandes, I can’t recommend them enough. It has been a long 5years for me and my family and they both made so easy for us. Always keeps us updated with any changes or anything in general. Now I am a citizen and still Kelly stood with me until the last second. Make me comfortable and safe with all the paper work and sensitive information I had to provide. Bottom end they are amazing, ethical work is impeccable. If I could give them 10 star reviews definitely earned it

Porsha was also amazing. They both made the closings smooth and without any concerns or issues and was always on top of everything. In 19 years in business I have never come across such unprofessionalism. I've never written a negative review of a company before, but I feel forced to do it now. As someone who owns a consultancy firm in the UK and the US I understand the pressures and time constraints they will face. Mistakes do happen and I can understand this. One week before Christmas Erin, you can't tell people they have to leave the country immediately without first verifying the information. Complete lack of accountability, no phone contact over their error. Luckily, we inquired of another immigration firm, and they were able to provide us with accurate advice in less than three minutes... Obviously at this point we terminated our agreement as we had zero confidence with the firm. The major disappointment was when the incorrect advice was given we specifically asked for a phone-call. It never came. 4k paid upfront and absolutely nothing to show for it. New lawyer has actually reviewed our case and advised on a green card application. Still happy to talk Erin and I await partial refund...

Sasha Pupovac and Attorney Erin Brown have been extremely helpful throughout my naturalization process. Communication has been great, prompt and they are very knowledgeable. Mi proceso fue bastante rápido después de que la Aplicación fue enviada 1.5 meses después llego mi cita. Inicié un primer caso para remover mi residencia en Arizona y cambié de domicilio con su asesoría aplicó la ciudadanía en Florida sin ningún inconveniente.
