I applied for an Extension/Change of Status to become from tourist to Student. Juan De La Torre did an excellent job managing my case, knew all the processes and requirements to process my case, kept me up to date about my cases, and was always willing to answer the questions I had during the process. My case was successfully approved by USCIS.

I came to Juan during a very difficult time in my life. You don't realize what you have until its trying to be taken away from you. I have never been in any kind of legal problems in my life and unfortunately that changed in the matter of seconds. Juan is a very honest, professional and knowledgeable individual. He's not going to sugar coat anything but he will explain everything so you understand. I came to Juan in a very vulnerable state and he assured me that he would do his best to help me and that he did. I was facing several years in prison and after what I felt it to be an eternity he was able to avoid me going to prison, and I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for his hard work, dedication to his craft and his honest and true desire to help me and my family. My appreciation for his fight for me and my family could never be explained in its entirety.

My family hired Juan de la Torre forc5 differenti visa and all of them were granted. One of the visa was particularly difficult , but Juan de la Torre is a fighter , he really cares , and he prepares the visa application both extreme care for detail. I highly recommend because he is really talented for immigration and visa. He is a lawyer that can be trusted.

Philip Wayne and Jennifer Romej were my two main contacts at the firm and both were very professional and polite anytime I called with updates. Philip was the one mainly handling my case. I believe he did the best he could with what he had to work with. My outcome wasn’t stellar but that’s do to the fact of the person that hit me had no bodily injury insurance or a valid drivers license! I am grateful for Mr. DeWitt and his team .
