Amazing 🤩

Words don’t even come close to showing my true appreciation and gratitude to my amazing lawyer, Adam Sundheim, and the DeWitt Law Firm. I came to Orlando for a fun trip at the theme parks, but it was cut short when I suffered a slip and fall injury. I originally hired a 'big name' firm and waited over 2 months with no communication - only to receive a letter that they were dropping my case, without even bothering to call me. I was in pain, away from home, and had to be taken to the emergency room. I truly didn’t know where to turn. After reading the amazing reviews online, I "Just Called Moe". I was immediately connected to Moe himself, and he promised that his firm would do everything possible to help us. Not all lawyers are the same. You want someone to fight for you, but also shows they care for you. I HIT THE JACKPOT WITH MR. ADAM SUNDHEIM!!! He explained everything clearly, so I understood every step. He listened to my concerns, as my case really affected me physically and mentally, and he was there through all the tears. This made me feel safe and comfortable because complex legal issues often sound like a different language. I never had to worry about a thing because I knew Adam would be there to help me understand. When we started this case, I was scared to suffer ongoing pain AND get stuck with huge medical bills. Yet again my rock, Adam, was there to assure me that things would work out. At the other firm, I never once spoke to the "attorney", even after weeks of calling. If Adam wasn’t available, my case manager, Kyle, always responded with kindness and empathy, and usually within hours (or minutes) - what difference!! In the end, not only did they pay for my medical bills, I received a great settlement to compensate me for everything I went through. I am still in shock and awe that he fought so hard for me. I know slip and falls are not easy to win, let alone a case another firm dropped. Adam, Kyle, and the DeWitt Law team lived up to the promise Moe had made me. Once again, words just don’t seem to cut it… all the hours Adam spent… all the explaining he did… All the fighting and negotiating he did for me... He is one in a million. We often hear of how the legal system fails people, but the compassion I received from everyone at DeWitt Law Firm shows that justice is out there for people like me. Three years ago I unfortunately landed in a situation where I needed to find an attorney. I called a lawyer I knew in NY and he recommended I call the Dewitt law firm. I am so happy that I did. When the Dewitt Law Firm evaluated my case one lawyer there decided to take it and that was Philip Wayne. From the beginning Mr Wayne was very honest, he didn’t fill my head with false information or expectations that were unachievable. He worked diligently on every aspect of my case. He always made himself available to answer my calls and never made me feel like I was a burden. Mr Wayne has great communication skills and keeps you updated at every milestone of your case. He is professional but also human. He was sympathetic to how I was feeling and what was going on. I also suffered from anxiety so when there were issues that arrived in my case he would walk me through it with care and compassion, reminding me each step of the way I wasn’t alone. He never made me feel pressured to make decisions or push me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He always reminded me that it was my body and I am the only one who knows exactly how I feel. In the beginning I never imagined it would have been this bad or taken this long. Mr Wayne and The Dewitt law firm never rushed my healing process to get the case closed or off their desk. The Dewitt law firm as a whole was always easy to deal with.The employees here were all pleasant and competent. Kasey checked in on me monthly following my progress and making sure my file was always up to date. She is an absolute sweetheart. Jennifer always made sure my paperwork was dealt with in a timely manner. It is not very often that you never have an issue with a single employee over years of interactions but at The Dewitt law firm this was my experience. Lastly my attorney Philip Wayne helped me gain my life back. He also made sure I was greatly compensated for the parts of my life I lost. He really is a dedicated attorney with excellent knowledge of the law. There is no way to thank him for all of his hard work on my case. My divorce was a long and complex, but my attorney Atiya Clark and paralegal Laura Gaston supported me every step of the way! I was able to settle in mediation, which I never thought would be possible. Atiya was always calm, cool and collected, no matter the circumstance.
