DeWitt Law Firm was extremely helpful, I live in a different state now and they help me so much with my case back in Florida. They were caring, and attentive to all of my needs. My dad pass away during this period, the support I received from them was exceptional. If you are a man do Not use this company they where trying to force me to sign 90%of my VA ck for child support and Arita Clarke told me that maybe I should move or might have to live with family? How is this representing me? They talked to the mom got her side never got mine told me to work even when doctors say I can’t how are you representing men? This firm should be ashamed to have a staff member who is so biased against MEN! This company is bias against men Nothing was even mentioned about the best interest for my daughter which this meeting was supposed to be about

I highly recommend Jason Recksiedler and First Choice Law. Our son was a pedestrian in a cross walk and was hit by a careless driver. He was in the ICU for a month, has had numerous surgeries to fix his facial fractures and continues to need therapy for his injuries. He accrued several million dollars worth of medical bills, due to no fault of his own. To make matters worse, the driver had the minimum amount of coverage required by law. Jason was expertly able to negotiate our son‘s medical bills down and take the burden and stress off of us. Jason and his team were compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated. He stayed in constant communication with us and regularly checked on our son. He is amazing and truly cares about his clients. If we could give First Choice Law 10 stars we would.
