I called after a July 4th hit and run. I got Philip Wayne as my attorney. An he hit it out of the park. They found the driver charged him. And got my settlement quicker then anyone I know personally. I won't go to another law firm for any reason. These are my go to professionals.

Being new to the State of Florida, it was challenging to find a lawyer without having any personal recommendations. After doing some due diligence, I gave the DeWitt law firm a chance and I’m so glad I did! I was very impressed with Moe taking my first call (given that most firms have their Jr associates handle new cases). My case was handled by Philip Wayne; he was patient, professional, transparent and realistic with the case. Every time I called or emailed for an update, someone always took care of my questions, whether it was Philip or a Paralegal. If you’re looking for true legal professionals, I would highly recommend hiring this firm.

Spoke with Phillip Wayne about being bit by an alligator, saving my dog, in the pond outside Target in Oviedo. While there wasnt much, if anything, that could be done legally, like getting the defendant to pay medical bills, Phil was incredibly helpful, treated me and my situation very professionally, and left me with a feeling of closure for the entire affair. The good news is that both me and my dog walked away from the whole thing albeit injured but not missing any body parts. And just a little unsolicited advice for anyone wanting to swim in any body of water in Florida, just make sure you make a lot of noise at the swimming site (gators are pretty skittish) and don't get in the water where a gator nests or has its common hunting area. Also, learn where Florida Fish and Wildlife keeps its nuisance gators haha.
