Divorce is so damn difficult! Vulnerable, scared, angry, betrayed - these are just some of the feelings and emotions served up in divorce. Because this process is so difficult it is extremely important to have a solid law firm to help navigate these waters. I found this at the DeWitt Law Firm. From my first meeting with Josh Martell (Attorney at Law), they conveyed a sense of confidence, professionalism and most important, empathy. Empathy can be conveyed without speaking a single word, but when you’ve finally decided to step over the edge into the unknown, a real human connection is so desperately needed and this is what I found with Attorney Martell. You can’t fake it, you either have it or you don’t… My divorce was handled quickly, with great care and professionalism at a very reasonable cost. I don’t recommend divorce, but if you go down that road, I highly recommend the DeWitt Law Firm. Martin

Chris Nasseh is a remarkable young attorney at the Dewitt Law Firm. He’s been representing my family and I with a very difficult real estate case and we know every time we hear from Chris, it’s going to be the truth. He doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear, he’ll give you straight facts (good or bad) but will also give you a detailed action plan of how he’ll use the facts to support the case. He is a young lawyer but his knowledge and ability to interpret law would make you think he’s been practicing for 30 years or more. His moral compass and ethical values are in the right place and he’s always concerned with ensuring my family’s best interest is foremost. Chris always keeps an open mind and encourages my family and I to look at the case from all angles so we stay transparent and educated. We have learned a lot about the law and our rights through him as the case moves along. His level of compassion and dedication to our case make us feel like we are his main priority. Chris is an extremely clever, confident and capable attorney and I feel comfortable knowing he’s handling our case. He has also been fair and reasonable in regard to our retainer, after we received our first or second statement I was surprised with how much of our retainer was still available - considering the amount of paperwork and trips to the courthouse he’s handled on our behalf. Chris knows that time is money and utilizes our time very responsibly and never wastes a second. With all of that said, I highly recommend Dewitt Law Firm and I am extremely thankful to have Chris Nasseh as our attorney. He will be the first person I turn to regarding any legal matters. Side note- I have also heard the law firm is excellent with many other aspects of the law outside of real estate and they have a segment on the radio every Sunday on Orlando station 96.5 FM at 10am where Sherri or Moses Dewitt discuss the law and how it affects Florida’s residents and how to use the law to your advantage.
