I don't usually write reviews, but this case was deserving. My family member had the bad misfortune of choosing Mr. Gallagher for his attorney. Right from the onset of the case he showed his lack of respect and incompetence for his client. He held on to the paperwork for his filling so long that my family member became the defendant where he should have been the plaintiff. Mr. Gallagher continued to to take his sweet time filling documents to the point my family member was reprimanded by the court! Mr. Gallagher to show a lack of respect for his client and the court by on more than one occasion falling asleep in court and not ounce objecting to anything. In my humble opinion Mr. Gallagher should be sanctioned or DISBARRED!

First and foremost, I want to point out that I do not write reviews often but due to my experience with Mr Gallaghers law firm I feel the need to warn those of you who work hard for the money you need to now spend on lawyer fees. At first glance this office presents itself as a “Father’s Rights” attorney that is willing to fight for your best interests. Once you have paid your dues you will just become another number and solely an income source. On July 30th I paid my retainer fee and signed all necessary paperwork for the firm to file my case (this was after I had to correct them due to many errors in the petition regarding my case that I spoke to them about in detail prior to our meeting). They did not file my case until a week later on August 6th. They were fully aware that time was of the essence due to the mother attempting to relocate my son without permission. Thankfully, I was adamant with them about being in contact with the process server once the case was finally filed because that is the only process that went semi-smoothly. They then filed a motion for contempt; after I expressed frustrations that the mother completed the move; without advising me that my case was not at the stage for a motion of contempt to hold up being that the petition had not been responded to as of yet. Of course, this cost a part of my retainer. I set up an in person meeting under the assumption I was going to be speaking with Kenneth Gallagher. My appointment apparently was with the secretary, Dale. He attempted to reassure me by letting me know that after my case is finally complete hopefully, I will be a little more at peace with a time-sharing schedule that will allow me weekends and holidays with my son. When I hired this firm, I was very vocal about what I wanted going in and being a weekend father was not it. My main goal was keeping my son local so that I can continue to be in his life full time and shared 50/50 custody. After this meeting I realized hiring this firm was a huge mistake. Going through the paternity process in courts when the other party is being difficult can be overwhelming and frustrating. & during this weak, stressful moment in my life the Law Office of Kenneth Gallagher chose to remind me every day of my current balance with them and that I would need to “add funds soon”. Montine, the paralegal in the office, is rude and does not at all empathize with her clients. Every phone call to their office felt like I was a burden. The only time I actually spoke with Kenneth Gallagher himself was prior to hiring him during the consultation and once more when he filed the motion for contempt. The last thing this office was supposed to handle for me was to provide a mandatory disclosure of my financials which I provided to them in full. Over 15 documents that I put together and organized for them for easy filing. THIS PAPERWORK WAS NEVER FILED! I fired Kenneth Gallagher and his office on 9/15. As of that date I have paid $3500 to them, and they are demanding that I still owe them over a grand. I have since hired a new lawyer and was attempting to gain access to all the documents I had sent to Kenneth Gallaghers office being that none of it was ever filed. My new Lawyer contacted the firm and spoke to Montine, which she confirmed was extremely rude to her as well, only to be turned down and told I am not allowed access to my personal files due to an open balance with them. The only thing this office did for me during the 6 weeks I was a client with them was file my initial petition, file a pointless motion for contempt and rob a hard-working father just trying to establish his paternal rights. I strongly encourage you to call a different attorney, one that cares about you, unless you want to take the chance of throwing away your money and ending up with a story like mines.

I've hired many lawyers and Ken is the worst by 30x. I have no idea how he passed the bar and don't hire him unless you want the worst outcome possible. Actually this guy might get you a worse outcome than the worst one you could think of. Terrible...just terrible

I hired Mr Gallagher on a complicated family matter. His office was very professional and the attorneys were very knowledgeable, they helped me get a good outcome on my case and I am very grateful to him and his office on their assistance.

I don’t normally do reviews but today I am. I remember walking into Ken’s office sitting down for my first meeting with Ken and Wade. I was in a bad spot and Ken said no matter what I will do my best to help you. Every time I called Wade answered every question but went further than that! He was understanding and helped keep me focused even when I didn’t understand things. He took the time to make sure I did and is a great asset to Ken’s firm. Ken before each hearing met with me made sure I understood what was going on and most attorneys just are not like that! I have recomended friends to him and always will!! I am proud to say he is my attorny, I am proud to have been blessed enough to have his firm represent me and my friends. If you want an attorny that listens, supports and knows what they are doing this is the place you should choose! Thank you Ken and Wade for everything!

I would like to note here that I went to consult Lawyer Gallagher and I ended up hire him because he had all the info and experience that I was looking for to be represented in my case...... I would recommend this Lawyer firm to anybody else that needs it!

I heard about Mr. Gallagher through a friend at work and I really wasn't looking for another Attorney because I had bad luck in the past. I really needed help and I'm so glad that I called his office and Mr. Gallagher has now restored my faith in the justice system. It wasn't a quick or easy process, but in the end I now have  shared custody of my kids, an affordable child support payment and my ex seems to have relaxed since I stood up for myself with Mr. Gallagher's guidance. I'm happier than I've been in a long time and my kids are doing better in school and sports. Thank you!

Mr Gallagher represented me in a civil matter this past year. I was being sued for an outstanding debt, I feel I did not legally owe. Mr Gallagher handled what was, in my opinion, a difficult case. Mr Gallagher did an excellent job with my defense, he listened to me, paid attention to my concerns and his office staff kept me updated on all pending hearings and negotiations. In the end, the party that was suing me dropped their lawsuit. I would definitely hire Mr Gallagher again should the need arise.

Mr. Gallagher's office was the third law firm I had consulted regarding my divorce involving a high value of marital assets, which I knew could be incredibly costly. First, the support staff were fabulous! They were very personable and did not act like they were too busy for my problems. In fact, I can't even count how many times Mr. Liles, who I think manages the office, listened to me vent and often cry. I never had an issue with communication and whenever necessary I was connected with my attorney, Mr. Gallagher. Otherwise, the support staff handled the case incredibly timely. I thought the case would take an eternity, and it was finalized within a year! In my first meeting with Mr. Gallagher, he was to the point, did not sugar coat and advised how the case should go and likely how our assets would be divided. In the end, not only did I get the assets I wanted and rightfully deserved, I even got a few additional that I was not expecting at all! And, I didn't even end up paying what I originally anticipated based on the quotes from the other attorneys. He was fair and honest. I was amazed! If you need a divorce, this is the law firm you should call!

I told him exactly what I wanted. He let me know what the reality of what I could and couldn't achieve. At the end he was 100% correct. I had an exceptionally difficult case. Ken still filed motion after after to expedite the process so I could see my daughter. The attempts were unsuccessful in no way do Ken's effort. Extremely happy with my results. I have the time I need with my daughter and the respect I deserve from her mother. Ken isn't a big talker but when he speaks, his words are succinct, profound, and people listen.

Ken, Wade, and the team at his firm were so helpful, understanding, and supportive during my entire bankruptcy case. I am so blessed to have a second chance at a financially stable life, and I thank Ken and his team for making that a possibility.

I first went to Mr. Gallagher 3 years ago. At the time I barely made minimum wage and couldn't afford any services. He and his staff worked with me for payment and have been understanding through the entire process. Through the years he and his staff have been nothing but professional and prompt whenever I have needed anything. I not only would refer him but feel that if you are a Father in the Central Florida area and need and kind of family law services, Kenneth Gallagher is and should be your only choice!
