Originally went with another law firm whose commercials tell you, “if you find a better law firm, hire them.” I tried that law firm and after about a month of not being able to talk to my assigned lawyer or get straight answers, I took Mr Morgan’s advice and contacted Moses Dewitt. Moses was my lawyer and he was very communicative. Never did any of my questions go unanswered. I dealt with Moses and his team, and they were all great. Even when there weren’t big updates to the case I still heard from someone, usually Moses, and they would all how I was doing and even have small talk to just see how things were going. Also sent me a Christmas gift and a card after it was all said and done. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

As soon as I got into my accident, Dewitt was the first lawyer I thought of. All this time hearing him on the News Junkie, I wasn't sure if my experience would be as soon as claimed to be. But it was! Moses is awesome and so are his team. I dealt with a few people and I am very happy with the result of my case. Attorney Philip W. and Jennifer didn't stop keeping in contact with me with updates as soon as they became available, and wrote back immediately to answer any questions I had. I even received a wonderful gift after giving birth from the firm, that was a huge surprise, something I've never experience before with any company I've dealt with. Recommended 100%

I hear Moe DeWitt on the News Junkie radio show often and he gives advice to people in need. But when I had my own accident I got to see how he works. Moe and his team are really great. I actually spoke to him over the phone and in person several times, in fact, I talked to his assistant less than I talked to Moe himself! Moe has a really great sense of humor but when it comes to the law he is straight forward and smart. He is personable, reliable, and has a good moral character. Moe is a busy guy so I also got helped by one of his lawyers on his team, Phillip Wayne. Phil is a consummate professional and very easy to talk to. Between his advice and hard work, and Moe’s advice and hard work, and Jennifer helping make sure I was keeping up with my treatments and paperwork, they’re a terrific team and I and very happy with how things turned out. Hopefully I am never in another collision but life happens, and if life happens to me again, I’m gonna call Moe.

All legal matters are challenging times. Mr. DeWitt and team were fantastic in guiding me through to the end. I know what firm I will reach out to should I ever need representation again. Thank you for your help.

Needing the services of a lawyer is never a joyous occasion. having said that Josh Martell at the DeWitt law firm , answered my questions with great accuracy . he was clear on what he needed from me , and in the end my case was settled with a more favorable outcome than when I contracted with them.
