Called to ask a simple question, was talked to like I was dumb and was told I would not be able to ask a question without booking a consultation. Simple yes or no would have done the trick. No reason to be rude

If you need a lawyer who cares about more than the 'retainer' Paulette is your go to lawyer. She's amazing. She's one of the rare lawyers who really care about their clients and a good outcome. I saw some complaints that after the initial meeting you are connected with a paralegal. That's how it works unless you want to be billed every hour at full attorney fees. The Paralegal was so helpful. So professional and genuinely cared. Danielle is a true professional and gave me nothing but the best advice. They respond quickly and give you good advice every step of the way. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Paulette Hamilton is great a what she does and is a person that truly cares about others well being. And because of her heart and continually proven knowledge and skills she does all she can until you receive a favorable outcome. Paulette's staff is also very comforting and welcoming. I’ve work with Paulette and her team for over a year now, it was a great success. At times it was slow dealing with the courts, but they always kept me in the loop. They even helped me after I won the case. Daniel was amazing as well. I do have a few more questions with the team. I will always refer them to anyone that needs them!

I feel lied too, also feel scammed out of 3k, they did the bare minimum, after making you so many promises, wonder where all these 5 reviews came from, they did not fight for us at all, maybe they are selective on whos cases they fight and who's money they just take, was not treated fairly, as soon as we paid up front they stop caring about our case

BEWARE!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! Run!!!! I used this law firm for a previous case which was settled. I obtain this law firm for a child custody case. Which was the worst mistake ever. I paid a retainer for the case. All kind of promises where made which went no where. We where suppose to go trial. Which the case was settled before hand. This firm will loose your payments. Tell you receipts don’t matter. I was making monthly payments. Lumps sums for a retainer. They ripped me off big time. This firm will tell you. There working faster than you can pay. Um almost 20,000 later. Send you a cropped up payment ledger with the hours that don’t add up to there work. This firm will make you pay for any doucuments pertaining to your case out of your pocket not out of the retainer.Which can run in the upwards of 500.00 or more. The best part we never went to trial!!!!! The firm will suck you dry...And continue to keep asking you for money.

This is the worst law firm in Orlando. I will never ever use her again. I had a child support case paid over $1700 after I was told from Paulette that’s all it would cost for my case, then her team tell you one thing then it becomes other. She never at the office, always cancel on you when there a meeting , she has other attorney from her team take your case after you hired her to Handel your case.. people beware!!!!they will suck you dry tell you lies and play you like a fool, this so called firm need to step the law game up real bad!!! I won’t ever be useing the bum firm again!!!!!!!!!! FATCS!!!!!!!!!

Ms Paulette and her staff by far is the best law team anyone can hire. I am from Hawaii and my ex-wife is in Orlando. After over a year of trying to settle the divorce like grown adults I was forced to hire a lawyer that I can trust. A team that was willing to work with me despite the distance and time difference. I must admit within a couple of minutes of talking to Ms Paulette I decided she would be the lawyer with integrity and concern and is willing to help me in the circumstances. My divorce was not as easy as we both would have hoped for it to be but her outstanding representation made it so that I didn't have to fly to Florida for any mediation or hearings. Her teams services is well worth every penny. I am a retired disabled veteran on a same-sex marriage who lived across the country and the ocean and yet that didn't hinder Ms Paulette or Ms Susan to work on my case diligently as well as keeping me posted on the latest news on my divorce with my evasive wife. Don't let your current circumstances, your past lawyers incompetence and the difficulty of your divorce discourage you from attaining the freedom from a terrible marriage. You have every single right to be represented by a great team, civilian, military straight or same sex marriage alike. Take a hold of your situation as I did and at least do a consultation with this law office. Ms Paulette and Ms Susan strive for fairness and will give you the honest advice you need to rid yourself of the deadweight marriage.
