I am broken by this Attorney but Not Defeated, God has my back. The word disappointed falls short of how I have been treated by Mr. Smith, my entire case of probate, dismiss a claim and Legal Guardianship of my minor child has been neglected from day 1, so many red flags I should of fired him but I did not, with hopes it was just maybe me dealing with grief for our tragic loss. If you are looking for accuracy, respect, professionalism, results, return emails, returned texts or phone calls or a Lawyer who has your back and takes care of your case as his most important fight, THEN DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND RUN FROM MR. SHAWN SMITH AND ALL THE PARALEGALS I HAVE PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED BY THIS MESSY TEAM, HIS ASSISTANT DANIEL SMITH, STEPHANIE, KARRIE G, MARGO VALENTI, HUNTER, KRISTANNA, AMONG OTHER NAMES I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER. TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT ON HERE IS DRAINING. ON OUR 1ST CLIENT APPOINTMENT IN APOPKA HIS PARALEGAL AT THE TIME SHOWED UP 45 MINUTES LATE, THE SECOND APPOINTMENT MR. SMITH SHOWS UP 1 HOUR LATE. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE A JOKE TO HIM AS HE LAUGHS IN ALMOST EVERY CONVERSATION WHEN I TRIED TO EXPRESS MY CONCERNS, MY MOTIONS WHERE ALWAYS FILED LATE, MY LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION WERE GIVEN TO ME 9 MONTHS LATER DO TO HIS TEAM LACK OF COMMUNICATION, I HAVE PAID LOTS OF MY HARD WORKING MONEY FOR A PROBATE CASE I BELIEVE AS OF TODAY WE HAVE LOST, HE DECEIVED ME BY MAKING ME THINK HE COULD HANDLE THIS BATTLE AND HE WAS NEVER READY OR EQUIPPED TO DO SO. I HAVE PAID FOR A LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP CASE AND HE TOOK MY MONEY AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BESIDES ME FOLLOWING COURT ORDERED CLASSES. HE GAVE LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION WITHOUT BEING CERTIFIED BY THE COURT.. I CAN KEEP GOING BUT I WILL LET DIVINE JUSTICE DEAL WITH HIM.
