I originally was disappointed with the service. It seemed my case was going to person to person I wasn’t sure who to speak with. Apparently some staff left and there were new hires. However, when Jay Jarrod took my case he was Soooo helpful answered all my questions, was very reassuring, and put me at ease with everything. He was in constant communication with me which I appreciated! I would def recommend them to others

I worked with Jay Jarrod and Albert Yonfa after my car accident and it was such a huge blessing to have them during that tough season. They were insanely helpful for more than I could ever imagine, from helping me locate where my vehicle was taken, to booking last minute doctors appointments from their network. This is a big deal because when calling on my own I was on the phone for over 4 hours and I couldn't find any doctor that would even see me with my injuries. After 10 minutes on the phone with Jay, I had an appointment later that very day. Thanks to them I had the cell phone number of each of the doctors that I worked with after my accident. The service I received was outstanding from both this team and everyone from their network that was a part of my recovery. 10/10 would recommend. I've told everyone I know that getting Nejame Law on board asap after any accident is essential. The sooner you call them, the better off you'll be. They were very kind and checked up on me consistently through this whole process.
