I had a lot of questions about the Criminal Justice system as it relates to Juveniles and the programs that maybe available. I spoke to Nita who was so pleasant, comforting and informative! Nita pointed me in the right direction and gave me lots of resources. Nita is an asset to this company.

Mr.lafay and ms. Nita both were rapidly responding to a voicemail if I ever had to leave one, which was honestly 2 times over 8months time span! I asked could he get this for me and he said no I can do better and he did just what he said he would and I have recommended this firm to many of my family and friends who don’t already know of the firm or has used this firm for representation before!

A family member of mine got into some legal trouble. I had heard good things about Mr. LaFay, so I called him to discuss everything and see if he could help. I was first transferred to his assistant (I think her name was “Nita”), she told me Mr. LaFay was not available at the time but said she would get all of the information about the case and would make sure he got back to me. Ive never had to deal with any legal issues so all of this was very new to me, his assistant was very patient with me, explained the process, and made sure she pulled the right case. And, as promised, Mr. LaFay got back to me before the end of the day. They both made the whole process a lot easier on my family. I will definitely call them in the future should myself or another family member need help.

Trey Flynn helped me through a lengthy case. We both knew that the charges against me were based on lies and fraud, and he kept fighting to have those charges dropped pre-trial. At various hearings, Trey displayed great intelligence, legal knowledge and strategy by applying all the facts of the case into a brilliant line of questioning that made it obvious to everyone that the other party was lying.
