Very helpful and pleasant staff. Follow up: I can't say enough about how well I was treated by every person I encountered at Nejame law. To put it simply, they are fantastic. If you have need for an attorney call Nejame Law, you will be happy you did.

Sometimes a simple paragraph is not enough to express certain emotions. How can we make gratitude a feeling able to trespass the computer screen directly to the souls of the ones we feel thankful for? Well, this is my case... I found this practice by chance while looking up from my car, while driving around Lake Eola. I was not from the area at the time, but needed a lawyer for my immigration needs and decided to make the call. An appointment was made with Dr. Ahmed in no time. No hassle, really quick and courteous service. Meeting went incredibly wee. You know when you meet someone and get that feeling of trust? That was such a relief! My case was not very difficult but i have heard "horror stories" about lawyers and whatnot...and even more of successful firms...."just rich people that don't care about you...just your money" let me tell you..Not this firm. I am the happiest to report that for 6 years, Dr. Ahmed was not only my lawyer but someone that look forward to meet. Hi gentle way of being put u at ease when you sometimes don't know what to feel. He was always ready to provide and explain -easily, every solution available in the book. He and his assistance kept constant communication, cared for every detail and continuously helped by giving me a sense of trust and understanding. I was aware at all times of the procedures being done and i felt secure. All my needs were handled. Today I'm happy to inform that I'm back for the third and last time to finish my immigration process...How could I not seek their expertise? Rosa Acevedo was such a great help! I called for information about a work visa, and Oh boy I got it! She didn't try to sell me anything or schedule an appointment to get the info, like the others firms that I called before. She answered all my questions, and even sent me the details to my email! I think this is wonderful, not because you get the information, but you know the steps before spending $150 in questions you are not even sure you have until you heard it all! If I were to use any attorney, or recommend one, I will definitely go with NeJame Law!

My girlfriend recently rented a condo on Clearwater Beach and after moving in discovered a bad mold issue as well as an issue with the air conditioner. The owner refused to deal with either issue and told her she could move out and she would not be refunded the $7200 she put down for first, last and security. The owner was a very rude and nasty person who refused all attempts to work out the issue. I called Mark and he had Michele Diglio-Benkiran contact us regarding the issues. After speaking to Michele she explained the best course to take to resolve the issue. Michele drafted a letter and sent it to the owner. The owner, until this point had refused to have a decent conversation with us, decided she would return all the money and cancel the rental agreement. This lady basically told us to get an attorney and sue her. There is no doubt in my mind that the owner did a bit or research and learned she was dealing with a professional law firm and would lose this case if it were brought to court. I know the reputation of a firm is what causes cases to be tried or settled. Apparently she realized the Nejame Law firm is a professional and highly regarded firm. Thank you Michele and thank you Mark for handling this issue for us. I cannot thank you both enough for the quick closure of this case. You guys are truly the best! Nayef Mubarak, was in charge of my immigration citizenship case. He and his crew were very friendly and professional, all I had to do was upload some documents they requested, and shortly after I had my green card and finally my citizenship. They always answered my emails promptly and if I called they were there to answer my questions. If I ever need a lawyer again it will most certainly be one from Nejame Law Firm, and recommend them highly to anyone.

From start to finish Everything was explained and walked through with our Loan modification case.
