If you are assigned to Mihok, I recommend to call your union and FEA legal services department immediately. Multiple clients are having major issues.

I have never in my life ever written a review about a lawyer. I intend to file a bar complaint about Melissa Mihok. I have never been more stressed out in my entire life and disgusted with the behavior of someone I trusted to take care of me. DO NOT, ever ever hire Melissa to manage anything legal for you unless you're willing to lose everything because that is exactly how it feels to hire Melissa Mihok. I could not believe the lack of professionalism she exhibts. At one point I actually wondered if she was truly was licensed to practice. My legal care has been severely neglected, and she has actually jeopardized my case. What a complete and utter nightmare. I cannot wait to be done and over with on my case, I cannot stress enough - DO NOT HIRE MELISSA, DON'T DO IT. IT IS NOT WORTH THE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF WORKING WITH HER.
