Mr. Dear seems smart but not strong enough to see a case through in its entirety. Most of the time you will only be interacting with the paralegal instead of Mr. Dear. I would not recommend given his absent nature.

Being in a desperate situation involving a lease I was stuck in, I was lucky to have found Railey Harding and Mr. Dear. Not able to resolve an issue regarding a lease termination with a property management company/owner, I started looking online for legal assistance in getting my situation resolved. I filled out a couple "contact me" forms from attorney websites I found online. One attorney called me- essentially says "give me $500, I'll send a LOR, but I can't make any promises, I don't think I'll be able to do much for you". Once I ended contact with him, I found the Railey Harding website and submitted a request for contact. Within 24 hours, Michael called and he immediately jumped into details and provided assistance. Michael is extremely smart and was well versed of the different tenant laws and provisions in Florida involving lease termination. He was very candid, up front and detailed. After determining there was potential to help my case, I met up with Michael to go over the documents and discuss what I was hoping to accomplish with the property management company. Michael was able to resolve everything smoothly with the property management company and was able to end my lease immediately. Not wanting to escalate an already tough situation, Michael was able to negotiate by phone with the other company and reach an agreement- he then reviewed all the paperwork and kept me updated every step of the way. Michael is a very intelligent, aggressive, knowledgable attorney and I could not be happier I had him on my side.
