I was recently found guilty of a serious misdemeanor. I was upset, unfocused and utterly uneducated regarding my options for an appeal. Ms. Popovitch was responsive to my inquiry; returning my call promptly, leaving me a voice mail message with an exact time for a "next-day" teleconference. No voicemail volley ball, back and forth. She took time with me, listening to my reasoning for an appeal; educating me on the law and process, while focusing my expectations. Ms. Popovitch did not rush me; treating each query with respect and curiosity. She was persistent in extracting the details of my specific case. Her intellect and knowledge were/are impressive.
