I went to Mr. Hornsby seeking an early termination for probation. My case was extremely complicated. I was due to have it finished at the three year mark (early - potentially with a five year sentenced probation). Due to academic issues (graduation) at an Ivy League institution I sought to have to have the probation termed at a year and three months. Mr. Hornsby went to bat for me and achieved the impossible.
