I really thought by hiring this law firm that I would get results needless to say what a waste of time and money. Paid them $ 250.00 for a consultation then they asked me for a $1500.00 retainer all they did send a letter and once they made sure the whole retainer was spend on reading emails all communications stopped, they will not even return phone calls or answer emails. Don`t waste your money like I did find a lawyer who will get results now I have to start the whole process all over again with a another firm.

I just was talking to an attorney for consultation and she's not good at all, even her voice wasn't powerful.

I have seen an increase in their advertising. They claim they are professional and care, sitting down with a client who is in pain and facing fiancial ruin. It annoys me to the point I have to have my say. I was that person, pained and facing ruin. A few years ago I was involved in a contract dispute that amounted to $240,000 Morally I was in the right but legally I was unsure where I stood. Time to consult an attorney. I decided to go to Bogin Muns and Muns and I paid $200 to have a consultation with an attorney. He speed read the contract, handed it to me and said pay up you are screwed. It was more polite than that but that was the essence of his advice, Devasted I left and I really believed I was ruined. $240,000 is a lot of money to find with no income to pay it. After a couple of days I decided to try a small attorney firm for a second opinion. They read the contract and almost immediately saw the flaw within it. Long story short, I won and did not have to pay anything to the other side. I had to pay several thousands in attorney fees but a long way short of $240,000 So each time I see their experience touted on TV, I do have to laugh. Plus they lost out on me as a client.

I received a call from Attorney Bogin, who stated that he would gladly look at my case file and by Monday let me know what could be done and possibly get some to help represent since he is actually outside of Orlando. I appreciate his call back. It really brightened up outlook. I'll post more as it comes about. Bogin, Munns, & Munns is looking like the right place.
