Shon is a total wizard of his trade. I have relied on him quite a few times and he has been my ultimate hero. Always in communication day or night. Personable and extremely intelligent in his field. I was referred by a great friend of mine. I felt like I knew my case would be dismissed even by a district attorney because I've NEVER been in trouble. However, I didn't want to take the chance. Shon was able to help me navigate through my first time DUI misdemeanor charge by exploring our legal options. When contacted and consulted he outlined the different scenarios and the best outcome which would be ultimately to have the DUI charge expunged. Shon of course made it clear that there would be no guarantees but he was very confident that for my case the outcome would be successful. Once hired, Shon was able to follow through on this by having me enter a Pre-Diversion Trial program to ensure that my case did not go to trial. After I completed the requirements outlined in my Pre-Diversion Trial, Shon was retained to help submit the expungement of the DUI charge from my record which was successful. The entire process including the expungement only took about a year and half. I would absolutely recommend Shon to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of a DUI charge.
