Please, just don’t go here! By far the most unethical law firm I’ve come across in my opinion. Staff, one that comes to mind but will not expose that persons name. Texts repeatedly, at first I didn’t think much of it until I started to realize, it was a money grab. I asked directly if that person (not an attorney) got compensation based on how much that person took in. Thinking no way they would admit it.... yep admitting to unethical and illegal business practices from a law firm. You start getting text messages, demand your money back and run. I personally filled a bar complaint as a firm attempting to help one in debt should never use those types of practices. Not only is it unethical but illegal. Just go somewhere else.

Mr. Stephen Caplan was a pleasure to deal with in this hard process, answering all my questions, he made me not only feel comfortable but the process was smooth and went very quickly! It was an honor to have him in this time! Thank you very much Mr. Caplan!

All I can say is my experience was exceptional. Finally coming to grips and doing what I should have many years earlier has released a tremendous amount of pressure off of me. In retrospect, the hardest part was making that "initial" phone call when I spoke with Kristy who had a very calming demeanor and informed me of the process to perfection. I met with Vonya an excellent Paralegal who was catapult in my preparation details and her reassuring attitude put my mind at ease. When it was time to proceed, Stephen was dutifully prepared with a "cool as a cucumber" attitude giving me much needed piece of mind. It was obvious he'd seen this movie before. Many thanks and the highest of recommendations to this amazing team of professionals.
