Along with being extremely talented and attractive, Tina also has a lovely heart, which is evident from her own attitude and that of her partner and staff. Todd was the greatest at discussing automobile accident information and strategies right from the start. This is the firm to choose if you want the greatest attorneys and outcomes.

Exceptional for medical malpractice if you need a lawyer in the Orlando area. Highly recommended - you will not find better for very serious injuries. Also very easy to talk to, explains things well, and took care of my future needs fully. I felt like I got lucky finding this group of lawyers when there are so many choices. I hired Tina after a major auto accident I had near Orlando but I only dealt with Tina directly a few times. Carrie was the one handling most of the lawsuit and the person I mainly dealt with. Unfortunately, after much back and forth we had to drop the case due to the fact that Tina believed it could hurt my other benefits. I started out with low expectations due to having a prior law firm mishandle my case which made me transferred to Tina Willis Law. First thing they told me was they have a lot of people who fire other firms, then hire them. Let me just say that this personal injury law firm deserves above 5 stars. They handle 2 of my cases that were highly and professionally handled. I can't thank Tina, Carrie & Todd, and their entire team enough! After much research in the type of cases handled and the outcomes, I decided on hiring Tina Willis Law to handle my case. Tina answered many questions to help me understand before I even retained her services. She was patient and really took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand my options as far as any lawsuit. Once I made my decision, she explained everything and her and her staff and partner kept me updated throughout the process. They were all available in case they missed my call, would return my calls promptly. Their staff was also helpful in taking detailed information and giving me information needed to keep my case moving along. They laid out different options (like settle before or after filing a lawsuit, then in the lawsuit, settle or go to trial, lots of variables that they explained very well, as far as pros and cons) so that I could make the most informed decision regarding my case. Thank you Tina Willis Law I've never had an accident after many years of driving across the country. Then last year a reckless driver tried passing without enough room and totaled my car, with me inside. I was taken to the ER by ambulance and later realized I had 3 herniated discs that would require surgery. The other driver and every witness said that I didn't cause the accident. So I tried to get a fair settlement from the other driver's insurance comapany. I gave them all of my medical bills and notes from every doctor and the surgeon. Once they said that they wanted a recorded statement, and refused to offer a reasonable amount without one, I dedided that I needed a good lawyer. My neighbor had used Tina Willis and was very satisfied. So I called her, totally frustrated with my experience to date with the insurance company reps. Tina was thorough, kind, sharp and detailed. She helped me understand why dealing with the insurance company was never going to work. They charged me nothing to get started and paid all expenses. They settled for far more than the insurance company's original offer, without needing a trial. I watched them argue on my behalf and was amazed with the amount of detailed planning needed to get a high settlement amount. Tina told me that I shouldn't have needed a lawyer. But the system is rigged against consumers without lawyers. I have to agree. I am extremely grateful to everyone at Tina Willis Law. I give them two big thumbs up.

Switching to Tina Willis Law was the best decision I could have made for my case. In June of 2022 a high speed drunk driver hit my SUV very hard and out of no where. Thankfully I survived. First I had an attorney from a different law firm and felt like I was getting no where. Everything changed almost immediately after I switched firms. Tina Willis was an exceptional lawyer to work with who showed genuine concern, understood my needs, answered any questions, and ultimately got my case a very nice settlement. Her partner Todd was also very good. They did an amazing job start to finish working in my best interests and I feel truly grateful for having the opportunity to work with both of them. Although under not so great reasons, I would 10/10 recommend using this firm to anyone I hear needs a good attorney. I wish it had been under better circumstances but it was a pleasure working with everyone at this law firm.

Tina and Todd worked tirelessly throughout my case from last February until this month (September) to get the compensation that I deserved from my very bad car accident. Their communication was consistent, and their promises were delivered every single time. The only bad part was that the insurance company lawyer kept delaying things but that was not their fault.
