Tina Willis Law was by far the best choice for my legal case . Tina was so patient with me throughout my entire case and to me that was so important because this was first time being involved in a car accident so I need that full attention and guidance from my attorney . I never felt rushed to settle my case , I was even encouraged to keep fighting for a higher offer and I m glad I did , at the end of the day the outcome was way more than what I was expecting. Not only Tina got every penny from the at fault policy limits bu also she able to get compensated for mileage , wage loss , and property damage . After bouncing around with another large law firm for a few terrible weeks I was extremely impressed from the minute I called Tina Willis Law. They have a small team of people, with very impressive legal backgrounds, experience, and success, who excel at the most serious injury and death cases. I think that's because of how much attention to detail they put into their case preparation. After fearing for my life during a terrifying auto accident with a semtruck and dealing with lots of medical treatment, including multiple surgeries, which I never expected to need, I very much appreciated their care and concern about my well being, and their constant focus on maximizing my case value. They started by explaining what I needed to do in terms of ongoing medical care, and they gathered other evidence needed to prove that I wasn't at fault, and how much my injuries changed my life, which was in many ways. Then they kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what was happening in my case, which gave me a sense of control. Their entire staff was very responsive and gave me their cell numbers for calling or texting whenever I had questions. They usually replied immediately, or within a few hours max. Their very hard work, and attention to more details than I ever realized would matter, led to the best outcome I could have imagined. There were many times when they took actions that I don't think other law firms would have taken, to ensure that my medical records and other case evidence were there best they could be, which gave us the strongest arguments against the insurance company at the mediation. I hope and pray I never need to go through this again. But if I do, there is no way I would hire any other law firm. I rate them 10 out if 10. It's been over a year since I was involved in my car accident while in Orlando. Everyone knows the car accident process is stressful even without being injured. I considered going through the whole process on my own but I quickly realized the insurance company was not my friend. I'm picky about communication and anytime I texted them, they would always respond quickly and professionally. I had tons of questions, and they answered everyone of them to my satisfaction.
