Awesome results with Mubarak law team! We inquired his assistance in our case which was somewhat difficult and challenging. Nayef always has a solution and stayed calm during this stressful journey. The entire team was available even with some short notice by USCIS with RFE letters. Our approval couldn't be granted without his professionalism and experience. While searching for an immigration attorney, I consulted 2 lawyers prior to reach out Mr. Mubarak on a zoom meeting. Years after my divorce, I found out I was entitled to over 10 years of alimony at $1500/month - Kenneth Gallagher allowed me to settle for 2 years alimony with 1 year fully reimbursed to my ex-husband with the sale of our home; so essentially 1 YEAR of alimony after 15 years of marriage and 4 children! I was going through so much at the time with the divorce and Mr. Gallagher NEVER counseled me as to what I was legally entitled to - neitehr during consultations NOR during two mediations! He sat there like a mute, didn't advocate for me, didn't speak up, didn't tell me not to take a deal or to ask for more. Because of my lack of experience, I had no idea what was really going on, you know? I had never been through a divorce...I had never been through a process like that. Years later, now I understand that this was 100% criminal negligence. He absolutely DID NOT represent me according to the moral and ethical standards and requirements of the Florida Bar. Every single attorney that I have showed my marital settlement agreement to has told me I had a horrible deal and I was left almost destitute because of his absolute negligence that could have all been avoided. There is no doubt in my mind that this was all done on purpose. You cannot be an attorney in business for decades and make the kind of massive errors that were made. $200 of child support per month for 4 children?! Kenneth Gallagher should be disbarred and held financially accountable for every single woman client he has failed and committed crimes against.

With limited information and very indignant opposition Mr. Alex Lavene was nothing short of stellar in the face of insurmountable challenges of my case by many other lawyers standards.
