The Morey Law Firm was fantastic in handling my case. Mr Morey himself was so professional personable and confident when speaking with me about my case. He along with his entire staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this firm.

My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate. My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate. As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate. The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court. Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate. Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles. Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm. Definitely I can recommend them.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own. From our initial reach-out to their office, they were able to lay out a fixed fee (and clearly defined what was included and what could become extra fees), get the case on the rails within 48 hours, and then carefully shepherded it through delays on the HOA's end over several months until it was resolved in early 2024. They kept me informed as status changed and when things were blocked on the other side, and were always ready to answer my questions as I needed. Wonderful experience, would hire again!

I recently had to go through a divorce. It was emotionally taxing and overall miserable. However, I found an amazing law firm that got me through it with minimal emotional stress. Mr. Morey is an intelligent attorney with a professional manner. My lawsuit was a small claims case he filed for me against the defendant, and he won every part of it for me. He fully answered my questions about each step in the process. He knew exactly how to handle the case, and presented the evidence in the best way and at the correct time to have the most impact. In the courtroom he was polite but firm. He was a gentleman, and even helped the opposing party when they had difficulties with the video call and audio on it, so that we could get started. I decided to hire an attorney to send a demand letter to my ex LL to return my $1,100 security deposit. I suffered a lot of mental damage during my stay at the property up to recent having to spend money to get my money. Although I didn’t receive my attorney fees, I did receive my entire deposit. John Morey communicated every step of the way and also advised that I shouldn’t create more issues trying to pursue further because most don’t even get that back let alone the fees. At least I did get my security deposit. John Morey was very professional and never treated me like I was a burden even when asking questions I already knew answers to. My nightmare is over and I have Mr. Morey to thank for that. If I ever need future services and his firm is able to represent I will definitely hire him again. 2 thumbs up and I recommend him 1000%.
