10++++ Stars I cannot express in words our gratitude for Attorney Lopes. My family was rocked with a legal issue from 4 years ago that resurfaced recently out of the clear blue. We were blindsided. We live out of state now but Attorney Lopes did not hesitate to take the case. Within less than a week she had the case dismissed, the ordeal over, and my family has been able to put this chapter FINALLY behind us. 100% recommend Attorney Lopes to anyone. She was quick with responses , answered all our questions, and truly had out best interest front of mind.

I had the opportunity of working with Ms Lopes on behalf of a family member. She was on point with everything, making sure that we understood everything. I originally got a free consult with Ms. Davies on my case in 2015. 4 LONG years later, due to opposing counsel dragging and delaying this case, it has come to resolution in a positive manner. My case was about as high conflict as they come. Ms. Davies was always courteous and professional and fought for what was right. She truly cares about my family and doing what is in the best interest of the children. She knows the law and is not afraid to argue her point when she knows she is right and does not get intimidated. When this case started, my children were taken away from me by my ex. Today, I have full custody of the children and my ex has supervised visitation. I owe a lot to Ms. Davies and I wouldn't think twice about hiring anyone else. Her fees are reasonable and her professionalism is top notch. Family litigation is a very difficult thing to navigate both emotionally and financially. Ms. Davies definitely made the most difficult 4 years of my life easier in every way. I would give her 10 stars instead of 5 if it allowed me to.

I hired Miss Davies to represent me in a very complex family law matter and truly regret that decision. The red flags surfaced almost immediately. For example, there was a complete disregard for my time/schedule. Each time I went to the office to meet with her, I waited no less than 30 minutes before she was available. On one occasion, I waited over an hour passed the scheduled appointment time before telling the legal assistant that I would be leaving. It was only then did Miss Davies come out to greet me. I ended up having to reschedule and come back another day. A total waste of my time. There was a filing deadline that was missed and paperwork was sloppy. My communications and requests sent by email or text were often ignored, "lost", "never received" or brushed off as unimportant. Court Orders and filings by the other party were not shared with me, I only knew things were filed because I checked the docket on my own. Each time I pointed out these issues, I was met with excuses. The only thing she did quickly was cash my checks. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect for me as a client lead to me terminating the firm.

Kathleen has been a God-send to our family!!! She has handled several different types of cases for our family including a ridiculously drawn out child visitation case. After investing several years as well as several thousands of dollars on the case with an inexperienced attorney, we found our way to Kathleen Davies. Not only did she clear up our former attorney's incompetent mess...she represented our case professionally, promptly, and with the confidence of the seasoned legal expert that she is! Needless to say, we continue to turn to her for ALL of our legal woes. She has a professional office staff who are always available. Even late into the evening and around holidays. I remember her having to file an emergency motion within close proximity to Christmas. Kathleen is at every single court proceeding and I am always 100% pleased/impressed with her competence. The only regret I can find thus far is not having her as my attorney 5 years ago, at the start of my custody nightmare... I can't say enough about her. Our family absolutely LOVES the Davies Law Firm & Kathleen of course!
