Mr. Higgs handled a very stressful insurance appellate case for my wife and I involving our home, which could have essentially ruined us financially. We found Mr. Higgs to be a very caring and personable attorney. His legal knowledge was excellent and he was always very prompt to respond to questions and concerns. Mr. Higgs was very thorough and went above and beyond to help me fight my insurance company for the money they owed me. Not only was he able to get me what I was already promised from them, but he was able to get me more. I would definitely hire him again to represent me in the future.

His expertise is in homeowners claims/accidents. I have known him since 2007, and he has taken care of 2 civil cases of mine and won both. Now he is taking care of another case at the moment for me, because he is the only lawyer I find reliable. He is also affordable and makes the losing party, in said cases, pay for what he charges as his fee. I am grateful for what he’s done for me.
