Mr. Roberts and his entire staff were and have continued to be so wonderful, supportive and professional during my arduous case. Before hiring Mr. Roberts I worked with another family law attorney for quite sometime on my case so I have previous experience to compare his work. Mr. Roberts attention to detail, aggressiveness, professionalism and knowledge are the best I’ve seen in family law. I hired her twice for different cases and each time, she did not disappoint, she genuinely cares for her clients and I'm very grateful to have hired her as my attorney, I had a different attorney before her who did not accomplish much in my case, I was very frustrated and hopeless at that point 2 years had passed and thousands of dollars spent and no results on my case, until I found Ms. Brusca and she exceeded my expectations, she went above and beyond and accomplish more in less than a month than the other attorney did in those 2 years. I am a professional, well educated, successful father of a wonderful son who found himself in a family law dispute. For certain, one of the best decisions I made in my life was to retain, David Roberts as my family law attorney. Allow me to illustrate the background of my case. My family law case prior to retaining David Roberts was out of control with no direction, guidance or strategy to create a solution that was best for me or my family. My son was being used as leverage to extort money from me using false allegations because I requested, per my rights: to have more quality time to parent him. Initially, I was angry, confused and didn’t trust anyone to assist me based on the history of family law as I understood it. As fate would have it, I had a consultation with David Roberts based on a recommendation by a person on his staff named Lauren Gallant. She said, “if you don’t retain David Roberts, at the very least you should consult with him because he is highly intelligent.” I must add, I already had an attorney before this consultation. After that consultation, I retained David Roberts and released my previous attorney. After retaining David Roberts as my family law attorney, my case had direction, guidance, and a plan of action that ensured latitude, flexibility and firm aggressiveness in protecting my rights. I did my work and supplied Mr. Roberts and his staff with facts substantiated by more facts to support our objectives. We had a tough job to do and as an “attorney/client team”, we had to work together. After supplying the facts, I got out of Mr. Roberts way, and allowed him to use his expertise to apply the law to my case to protect and secure my rights. I have used Mr Roberts for my ongoing divorce issues, multiple times. I find him, fair, firm and aggressive when needed, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of family law, from custody, alimony, child support and is not afraid to take on the bad guys/girls who often make a court room, their stage. I have found Mr Roberts to be empathetic, and kind to not only me but also multiple other clients of his, I also know. I highly reccomend him and his firm for all your legal divorce needs.No one wants to go through the divorce court process but if you have to so much better to do so with a lawyer that will get you results.
