Worst attorneys they take for ever and since their staff is so unstable the case files fall out the attorney will always get paid more than you... so the lawsuit is for them not for you. I had 5 attorneys takecare of a my case at the end 4 yrs later I ended up with 800 dollars my attorney the new one who had my case for a month got paid 3 thousand.... HIRE SOMEONE ELSE

The Pendas law firm its by far the most unproffesional firm ive dealt with. It dont matter who you call they bounce the phone from person to person until eventually you give you up. In sick and tired of been given the run around Ive been in a financial situation and explaining it to them has done no justice. I spoke to Jessica, to Gloria asked to be transfered to Milli and again was given the yn around. I already dropped some cases we had with this firm because of that and at this point im super upset. Today at 4:33 pm Jessica sent an email to Milli person responsable for complain etc lets see how long it takes to be answered. I cant believe it takes 3 months to disburse the check this its ridicoulus.

Called on a Friday regarding defective shift leveler on my 2018 Subaru, when exiting the vehicle rolled back dragging me across the street and causing multiple injuries including fractured r/ middle finger. Subaru replaced defective shifter. Called Monday and told Pentas law firm are not interested in case. When I vented out asking if they needed a "smoking gun" scenario the receptionist hung up on me. Don't bother getting a call back when the receptionist gets your info. Very unprofessional case taker.
