Great Service~My case worker Jeanette has been the greatest. She is responsive on all my calls and emails, gives me great advise and listens to all my concerns. Why have a high profile lawyer like those you see/hear on TV if they don't even bother to return your calls?!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM, THEY'RE TERRIBLE!!! I WAS HURT SO BAD THAT I CAN NEVER WORK AGAIN! YET THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR LOST WAGES OR ANYTHING ELSE! I HAD TO GET BACK SURGERY, THE SURGEON THEY SENT ME TO PUT THE METAL IN THE WRONG PLACE SO NOW I'M IN CONSTANT PAIN EVERY DAY!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS INSTEAD OF 1 I WOULD HAVE!! OH, AND IF THEY TRY TO SAY SOME B.S. ABOUT HOW I'M NOT A CLENT, THEY NEVER HAD A CASE WITH ME, OR WHATEVER OTHER BULLCRAP THEY TRY TO SAY, I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK FROM MY CASE I'M HAPPY TO SHOW IT TO PROVE I'M TELLING THE TRUTH!! ALING WITH SCREWING UP MY BACK, SCREWING ME OVR WITH THE LOST WAGES. WHEN I DIDN'T WANT TO SETTLE FOR WHAT I WAS OFFERED AND I SAID I WANTED TO TAKE IT TO JURY TRIAL, THEY WOULDN'T DO IT!!! THESE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS, LIARS, TOTAL GARBAGE!! THEY MADE OUT LIKE BANDITS, GOT OVER $140,000!!! I GOT MAYBE $20,000!!!! BUT CAN'T WORK ANYMORE, I'VE HAD TO HAVE 2 MORE SURGERIES BECAUSE OF THE SAME INCIDENT I SUED OVER BUT PENDAS DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, THEY ONLY CONCENTRATED ON MY BACK INJURY!! I HAD TO HAVE SURGERY ON MY SHOULDER AND MY HAND, AM GOING IN FOR MY 2ND HAND SURGERY SOON!! YOU'D EXPECT YOUR ATTORNEYS TO HELP YOU, TO FIGHT FOR YOU!! BUT MINE NEVER DID!!! RIGHT NOW I'M WORRYING ABOUT HOW I'LL PAY MY BILLS & I SHOULD NEVER BE IN THIS POSITION!! IF PENDAS WOULD'VE FOUGHT MY CASE & TRIED AS HARD TO WIN IT FOR ME AS THEY TRIED TO GET THE CASE TO BEGIN WITH I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SITUATION!! I SHOULD'VE GONE WITH A DIFFERENT LAWYER!! I'M ACTUALLY HAVING ANOTHER ATTORNEY LOOK OVER EVERYTHING FOR ME & SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT GETTING MORE MONEY FOR ME BECAUSE PENDAS SETTLED WHEN I WANTED TO TAKE IT TO JURY!! AS MY LAWYER THEY SHOULD HAVE FOUGHT FOR ME!!! I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK AND EMAILS IF THEY TRY & SAY I WASN'T THEIR CLIENT, I HAVE PROOF I WAS!!!!

They received a $75.000 settlement from my insurance Geico ...held it for7 years telling me it was in court and i still have not received any notices and they never called. To give any detailed information. I have a spinal injury. And they completely ignored me.

They are not worth the headache!! 2 cases in my family and they got screwed and my family continues with there injuries!! They have no organization and blow you off when you call for a status on your case!! Total disregard for the customer!!
