I'm sending (5) stars to this firm (Pendas Law) and Attorney, James Armstrong. Solely because they listened when both of my cases was explained, to them and they respectfully accepted them both..Proper and professional investigation into both cases, should and will prove, that neither of the two, was I at fault for. The (1). Hit and run by the other driver and the (2.) disregard for human life by the paint shop for not sending the vehiclefor automotive repairs when it was involved in the hit and run accident, thus resulting in accident number( 2)..Jimmy Arnold

I really don’t enjoy writing bad reviews. I like to support local businesses and see them thrive, however, I feel really fooled by this company and would hate to see others in need have the same experience. I had a mountain biking accident in a park with a damaged bridge that had no signage or warning of the bridge ahead. It wasn’t visible until I reached it and flew off of it, smashing into a tree stump. The bridge was warped/twisted and I could not redirect my bike quickly enough. I suffered a mild concussion (thank God I was wearing a helmet), a dislocated shoulder, a separated collar bone, I crunched my neck sideways and smashed my jaw causing increased neck pain and stiffness, TMJ and increased back pain and worsened migraines. Based on Pendas’ reputation and my initial consultation I started my case off with confidence with the Pendas team. That confidence began to dwindle as the communication became less. They agreed to work on my case after I had given all the details of the incident. I provided photos and all of the documentation, medical reports and receipts as they requested. Many months later I received a letter stating that they had filed a suit and submitted notice to the park and I that I should hear something within a month or so. Months went by and I heard nothing from the firm. I emailed them again and they replied back stating that “these things take time”. Within two weeks of that email, I received a notice from Pendas Law Firm stating that they have decided they could not take my case. This letter came after 14 months of thinking they were handling the case on my behalf. I called the office for an explanation. I could never get the attorney on the phone. He left me one message to call him back in which I did and he “did not have time to talk” when I called back. I have yet to hear back from them. I was led on by this firm for 14 months with no results and was left abandoned and in pain with no explanation. Here I am 15 months after the bike accident with increased neck and back pain, with TMJ that I never had before and increased vision issues. The TMJ has worsened my migraines and I’m now having unexplained blind spells and ocular migraines that I never had before. There are so many law firms out there. I suggest you keep looking and find one that really cares about its clients and injured people.
