Luz Root was extremely helpful when it came to navigating the law. She was there every step of the way through my case. Luz advised me that the state’s plea was not in my favor and that I should go to trial. She along with Matt Futch fought for me in court. After a mistrial (only one juror finding me guilty), Matt went to the state prosecutor’s supervisor. After negotiations they were able to get a significantly better plea which all parties thought was fair including myself. I am incredibly thankful that I chose Smith and Eulo to represent me and thankful for both Luz and Matt. I highly recommend this firm if you find yourself in some legal trouble.
